As a **Sales Representative – Services Modernizations**, you will be responsible for developing and managing large-scale opportunities that help our customers modernize their equipment. It is a perfect opportunity for results-oriented professionals capable of managing large, complex mechanical projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Promote Carrier’s value proposition by aligning customer objectives with Carrier’s solutions * Manage complex multi-service solution proposals * Use CRM to manage customer interactions, activities, and the opportunity pipeline * Identify and develop new modernization opportunities with both existing and prospective customers * Establish and strengthen credibility with customers * Develop and maintain long-term business relationships * Create compelling presentations and communicate effectively * Accurately anticipate future market trends * Consistently achieve sales metrics and annual targets * Prepare high-quality, timely estimates, quotations, and proposals—including detailed cost-benefit analyses supporting the customer’s investment case **Education / Certifications:** * A university degree in a related field is preferred.
