The selected candidate will play a key role in end-to-end procurement management for civil projects, ensuring the supply of necessary materials and services for proper execution of works, while guaranteeing competitiveness, quality, on-time delivery, and cost optimization. We seek a candidate with experience in the construction environment and technical knowledge of the civil works sector, accustomed to collaborating closely with production teams, technical offices, and planning departments. **Your main responsibilities:** * End-to-end procurement management for civil works projects. * Sourcing, qualification, and negotiation with specialized suppliers and subcontractors in the construction sector. * Comparative analysis of technical and economic offers to secure optimal purchasing conditions. * Negotiation of prices, contracts, delivery schedules, and commercial terms. * Purchase order management and tracking of critical supplies for construction sites. * Continuous coordination with production and technical teams to meet project requirements. * Monitoring and control of procurement costs associated with civil works. * Oversight of compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines. * Management and resolution of incidents with suppliers and subcontractors. * Preparation of procurement reports, cost analyses, and budget tracking. * Maintenance and updating of the strategic supplier database for the civil sector. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent. * Experience: Minimum of 4\-5 years’ experience in procurement within civil works projects is mandatory.
