We seek individuals passionate about consulting and business, eager to grow, take on new challenges, and advance their careers to the next level. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Business Functional Analyst** with experience in **logistics and supply chain processes**, capable of acting as a bridge between business areas and technical/implementation teams. Functional knowledge of ERP environments—especially SAP—is highly valued. The candidate will be responsible for **gathering business requirements**, **analyzing current processes**, **defining functional requirements**, proposing improvements, and ensuring the SAP solution adequately covers the company’s logistics processes. An end\-to\-end holistic view of logistics processes is required, including procurement, purchasing, inventory management, warehousing, shipping, deliveries, returns, and integration with other areas such as sales, finance, and operations. **Requirements** Requirements * Experience as a **functional analyst**, **business analyst**, or similar role. * Experience in logistics process analysis and functional definition. * Knowledge of end\-to\-end logistics processes. * Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams. * Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and testing. * Analytical ability, problem-solving orientation, and process-oriented mindset. * Ability to work in complex, multi-project environments with diverse stakeholders. * Strong oral and written communication skills. Additional qualifications considered: * Experience in implementation, transformation, or evolution projects for **SAP S/4HANA**. * Knowledge of environments with complex logistics operations—multi-brand, multi-warehouse, or multi-country. * Experience in integration processes with logistics providers or external systems. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SAP Activate, or project management. * Experience in preparation and execution of UAT. * High level of English (desirable). **Additional Information** Ensure that business logistics processes are thoroughly analyzed, clearly defined, and translated into an efficient, integrated functional solution (preferably within an SAP environment), aligned with the organization’s operational and strategic needs. **Responsibilities** * Analyze logistics business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and automation. * Gather and document functional requirements from user departments. * Translate business needs into **functional specifications** for ERP implementation. * Participate in requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, and validation with key users. * Design and validate target processes (**TO\-BE**) * Collaborate with technical and implementation teams in defining functional solutions. * Conduct impact analysis on processes, data, integrations, and developments. * Ensure proper integration of logistics processes with other modules or domains—particularly: Procurement, Stock and Inventory Management, Warehousing, Sales/Shipping, Finance/Controlling. * Prepare functional documentation: processes, use cases, requirements, functional designs, workflows, and traceability matrices. * Support definition and execution of functional tests, UAT, and business validation. * Assist in deployment activities, change management, and support for key users. * Participate in functional backlog prioritization, incident tracking, and solution evolution. * Ensure functional consistency of the solution and achievement of business objectives. **Personal Competencies** * Analytical ability and structured thinking * Business and process orientation * Proactivity * Communication and facilitation skills * Organization and attention to detail * Teamwork * Results orientation * Adaptability to changing environments
