**Administrative Assistant** **Job Description** **JOB OFFERING – ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – TRAINING** Do you have experience managing subsidized training and are you proficient in **FUNDAE**? We are seeking to incorporate an **Administrative Training Officer** into our team to assist with the management and coordination of employee training. Main Responsibilities * Comprehensive management of subsidized training through **FUNDAE** (**mandatory requirement**). * Monitoring and processing of training activities. * Registration and tracking of incidents. * Document management and archiving. * Support in administrative tasks of the department. Requirements * **Experience and proficiency in the FUNDAE platform (mandatory).** * Proficient use of computer tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. * Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines. * Responsibility and ability to work autonomously. * Prior experience in administrative roles—especially within training departments or in private security sector companies—will be valued.
