In our Employment and Inclusion Services Division, we need to hire a receptionist/administrative assistant with advanced English proficiency and a disability certificate. **Your Responsibilities:** * Receiving and attending visitors. * Answering phone calls. * Managing mail and courier services. * Supporting the Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) department in managing CAEs, new hires, and annual medical examinations. * Supporting HR in onboarding new employees. * Assisting with supplier invoices and purchase orders. * Managing the physical store. **What We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:00, with a 30-minute lunch break. You attend from 9:00 to 15:00. * Workplace location: La Finca, Somosaguas * Salary: €18,000–€20,000 per year * Contract: Law 430 employment promotion contract for persons with disabilities, duration of 1 year, including a 1-month probationary period. Possibility of extension. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in the role. * Academic qualification: minimum completion of EGB and/or ESO. * Fluent spoken and written English. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including kindness, empathy, proactivity, etc. * Possession of a disability certificate indicating at least 33% disability. * Registered residence in the Community of Madrid. * Updated unemployment registration (demand of employment). * Immediate availability
