




Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineer with experience in track electrification to lead and manage proposals, participating in the strategy and negotiation of projects at a global level. We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage proposals for Track Electrification Installation projects, coordinating, as applicable, assigned teams and departments. * Review technical and commercial tender documents; participate in proposal strategy and organization; manage clarifications with the client; prepare site visit reports; negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors; review measurements and volumetrics; coordinate and supervise engineering activities. * Prepare construction planning. Develop cost estimates, cash flow projections, basic execution schedules, organizational charts, histograms, etc. Coordinate administrative proposal preparation. Prepare economic close-out documents for submission to management. * Analyze project risks and participate in contract negotiations with the client. **We seek a candidate with the following qualifications and competencies:** * University degree in Engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in preparing proposals or managing Track Electrification Installation projects. * Experience in preparing technical-commercial proposals and participating in negotiations with partners and clients. * Experience working on-site is highly valued, preferably in Anglo-Saxon countries. * Experience managing EPC proposals for Track Electrification Installations. * Ability to adapt to other types of projects. * Fluent English (C1 level) required. Having lived outside Spain is highly valued. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of planning and cost estimation software is desirable.
