




Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Manager to ensure the highest standards in processes, products, and industrialized solutions for the construction sector. Key Highlights: 1. We are a Spanish company providing industrialized solutions for the construction sector, leading national and international R\+D\+i projects with the highest quality standards. We are currently looking for a Quality Manager for our work centers located in Madrid and Cuenca. Your mission will be to ensure that all company processes, products, and industrialized solutions meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. **Key responsibilities include:** * Conduct audits of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished products; manage quality control plans and procedures. * Manage project documentation, including interpretation of drawings and use of BIM/Revit. * Manage requirements related to DAU, DAP, FSC, and PFEC; control traceability of raw materials and finished products. * Ensure compliance with and implementation of quality characteristics for manufactured products and/or industrial plant processes. * Collaborate in the continuous improvement of production processes by developing improvements and enhancing the robustness of production systems. * Interpret analytical procedures, equipment, products, reagents to be used, and data to be obtained. * Align teams toward achieving objectives (reduction of Quality Rejections, Reworks, Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), Scrap). * Lead cross-departmental 8D problem-solving teams. * Review and update operational procedures and contribute to resolving analytical or instrumental issues. * Verify material conformity and conditioning according to specifications established in quality controls. * Review collected data and prepare validation or deviation reports relative to specification compliance, analyzing non-conformities. * Recommend modifications to existing quality or production parameters to achieve maximum quality within equipment capability limits. * Conduct on-site visits to company work centers to monitor quality compliance and propose improvements. * Perform internal audits across various company departments. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering / Architecture / Technical Architecture or equivalent. * Specific training in quality and environmental management. * Minimum 5 years’ prior experience as a Quality Manager in industrial environments. * Proficiency in reading technical drawings and knowledge of REVIT. * Knowledge of safety and quality control systems. * Willingness and availability to travel (Madrid and Cuenca). What do we offer? * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule from 08:00 to 17:30, with flexible start and end times (start between 07:30 and 09:00; end between 16:30 and 18:00). On Fridays, a compressed workday from 08:00 to 15:00 applies. * Compressed workdays during July and August. * On-site work at our centers in Madrid and Cuenca. * Flexible compensation package (health insurance, meal vouchers, transportation allowance, training). * Salary: €40k
