Quality Engineer (QA/QC)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Specialist for industrial EPC projects, with experience in quality system management and documentation, and strong organizational skills. Key Highlights: 1. Valuable experience in industrial quality assurance and control. **Project(s):** EPC-mode thermal power generation plants **Responsibilities/Job Functions:** We seek a candidate with experience in quality management within industrial projects, capable of managing the quality system and organizing information, documentation, and records related to processes carried out in an EPC project—primarily detailed engineering and design, procurement, subcontracting, and construction supervision. Some essential quality assurance functions include: * Analysis of contractual requirements, specifications, and regulatory standards, * Drafting of quality plans, quality procedures, and inspection plans, * Preparation and execution of quality audits, * Management of non-conformities, * Review of quality and technical documentation prior to submission for supplier and subcontractor tender requests, * Review of quality documentation generated by suppliers and subcontractors, * Preparation of results reports and measurement of performance indicators (KPIs). A profile with strong organizational and planning capabilities, as well as efficiency in management, attention to detail, and accuracy in documented information is required. Advanced proficiency in software enabling efficient and automated information management is highly valued. **Required/Minimum Academic Qualification:** Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent, with specialization in Organization Engineering, Industrial Organization, or equivalent. **Required Experience:** Minimum 3 years in roles related to quality assurance and/or quality control within industrial projects. **Tool(s):** * Microsoft Office, * Desirable: Microsoft Power Platform or similar software. **Languages:** * Spanish: minimum C1, * English: minimum B2\. **Workplace:** At our office located at Calle Magallanes 3 (Metro Quevedo, Bilbao or San Bernardo). **Geographic Mobility:** Occasional site visits to ongoing works and meetings (short trips). **Type of Position:** Permanent position directly on our payroll, supporting the department’s continuous and long-term growth.
