At **Ekkiden**, we are looking for a **Project Manager** to lead projects ranging from **€7M to €15M** end-to-end, coordinating teams, contractors, and stakeholders from Madrid. **Your Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders * End-to-end management of administrative procedures * Procurement and coordination of contractors by lot * Budget, schedule, and construction quality control * Supervision of Site Managers on-site * Weekly reporting to the Technical Director * Concurrent management of 2\-3 projects per year; during non-construction phases, provide technical support to the property and development team **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent * 5–10\+ years of experience in industrial or logistics construction * Experience with large-scale projects and multi-project management * Fluent Spanish and English * Availability for periodic site visits What do we offer?
