The position is that of Occupational Health and Safety Technician, located within the Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, Security, and Environmental Department. Responsibilities and duties: \- Management of Coordination of Business Activities (CAE); documentation. \- Control of personnel documentation, personal protective equipment (PPE), machinery, vehicles, and subcontractors. \- Conducting and reviewing Risk Assessments. \- Delivering training on Safety and Health, Quality, and Environment. \- Developing Action Plans. \- Liaising with the External Prevention Service (SPA) and the mutual insurance company. \- Site inspections and supervision of compliance with laws, regulations, procedures, etc. \- Accident/incident investigations. \- Tracking corrective actions. \- Preparing presentations (in PowerPoint) for worker training. \- Participating in audits. \- Controlling each client's HSE requirements. \- Monitoring and managing expiration dates of training courses, medical examinations, PPE inspections, equipment checks, etc. \- Familiarity with the following platforms: Dokify, Edp, Achilles, Tdoc Siemens Gamesa, Tdoc AccionObralia, SGS, CTAIMACAE, E\-gestiona, Endes@credita Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00–17:30; Friday 8:00–14:00 (flexible) ### **Requirements** We seek a proactive individual with experience in the OHS departments of companies operating in the wind energy sector, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, initiative, and teamwork capability.
