The successful candidate will oversee the delivery and development of the **IBDP**, while also teaching **Business, Economics, or a Science subject**, depending on expertise. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and coordinate the **International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP)** across the school. * Ensure **high\-quality teaching, assessment, and compliance with IB standards and practices**. * Support and guide teachers delivering IB courses, fostering collaboration and professional development. * Monitor **student progress and academic outcomes**, maintaining the school’s high standards of achievement. * Teach **IBDP and/or Senior School classes** in Business, Economics, or a Science subject. * Work closely with senior leadership on **curriculum development and university preparation** for students. **THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:** * A **relevant degree** and recognised **teaching qualification** (e.g., PGCE or equivalent). * **Experience teaching within the IB Diploma Programme**, ideally in Business, Economics, or Sciences. * Previous experience in **IB coordination or academic leadership** (preferred). * Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills. * A commitment to **high academic standards and student success** in an international school environment. **SAFEGUARDING STATEMENT** Inspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
