Opportunity for professional development within a leading multinational with a strong corporate culture JOIN HILTI! We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will be the key person ensuring proper maintenance of our facilities (warehouse, workshop, and facilities), coordinating suppliers, legal audits, and technical interventions—with a practical, proactive, and continuous improvement mindset. WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? * Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities with external companies * Accompany suppliers during technical interventions and maintenance work * Manage and evaluate technical suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and compliance * Carry out minor repairs and resolve urgent on-site incidents when necessary * Prepare and coordinate legal audits, OCAs, and energy audits * Implement and manage the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) * Coordinate supplier schedules and visits (waste management, machinery, etc.) * Manage work orders and track maintenance interventions * Monitor the general condition of facilities and propose improvements * Coordinate external security and cleaning services * Support sustainability and occupational health and safety (OHS) initiatives in buildings WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU NEED? * Technical education in Maintenance, Electricity, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Installations, or related fields * Engineering degree is not required * Prior experience in similar facilities maintenance roles within industrial, logistics, or technical environments * Experience coordinating suppliers and external maintenance services * Must be available and willing to support multiple sites and locations as business needs arise * Knowledge of OHS regulations and legal compliance for facilities is desirable * Experience with or familiarity with CMMS systems is highly desirable WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
