This position aims to drive commercial and operational activities in residential and business security, integrating you into a dynamic team focused on lead generation, advisory services, and installation. You will assume a more execution-oriented role, combining direct customer interaction with alarm service deployment. Your contribution will be key to ensuring a seamless experience—from the initial visit through system activation. Main Responsibilities and Requirements. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct visits to potential customers to identify needs and present security solutions. * Execute commercial actions and manage contract closures. * Address customer inquiries and needs throughout the commercial process. * Perform prospecting and follow-up to boost activity in residential and business segments. Requirements: * Experience in prospecting, lead generation, sales, and customer retention. * Prior experience in the security sector is desirable. * Intermediate proficiency with office software tools. * Results-oriented mindset, proactivity, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments. * Valid driver's license. * Availability to work Monday–Friday, 09:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:00. * Immediate availability.
