We offer you the opportunity to integrate into a close-knit and dynamic team, backed by a company that provides all necessary tools from day one to help you achieve your full potential. **Job Responsibilities** * Sourcing properties and acquiring new clients. * Providing personalized advisory services throughout the entire buying/selling or rental process. * Organizing and conducting property viewings. * Property valuation and negotiation with owners and buyers. * Document management and transaction follow-up. * Active collaboration with the office team to achieve shared goals. **Employment Conditions** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM–2:00 PM and 4:30 PM–8:00 PM; two Saturdays per month (morning shift). * Contract type: Permanent contract * Employment contract with fixed salary plus attractive performance-based commissions.
