Pre-structured training materials **100% Online \| Official State SEPE Project ThePower** Professional collaboration (self-employed). **Responsibilities** ---------- **We seek an instructor specialized in Agile Methodologies applied to Software Maintenance Projects** for an official state-level SEPE training project, with a clear mission: to train professionals in the methodologies transforming software management and evolution. **25 hours of training** (Virtual classroom with live sessions) **Months:** April/May **Schedule: 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM** 2 days per week / 5 weeks total **Your role as an agile change facilitator:** * Deliver all course modules: Agile fundamentals, Scrum, Kanban, incident management, evolutionary and corrective maintenance, DevOps, continuous improvement, etc. * Guide learners practically toward real-world application of agile frameworks in software maintenance environments. * Work with tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar, simulating professional environments. * Prepare and facilitate virtual classroom sessions (using active and participatory methodologies). * Conduct assessments, ongoing monitoring, and continuous feedback to maximize learning and employability. * Foster a collaborative environment focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement. * Coordinate with the academic team to ensure adherence to planning and SEPE standards. **Requirements** -------------- **Requirements to join this mission:** * Demonstrable teaching experience in Agile Methodologies for Software Maintenance Projects * Excellent oral communication skills and ability to engage online groups. * Organized, solution-oriented, and proactive individual. * Registered as self-employed for commercial collaboration. **Benefits** -------------- **What awaits you beyond the firewall:** High-impact and highly visible project.
