We are looking for a professional to lead the IT department in a company located in Alcobendas (Madrid). The selected candidate will be responsible for aligning the technology strategy with business objectives and regulations, managing all aspects of the technological infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, backups, communications, and security systems. Additionally, the candidate will oversee and optimize ERP and CRM systems, ensuring their proper integration with company processes. Cybersecurity and information protection will be top priorities, implementing security policies, managing access controls, and guaranteeing operational continuity in compliance with current regulations, including GDPR. The candidate will lead technology improvement and implementation projects, coordinating internal and external teams, as well as managing contracts with technology vendors. The role also includes developing and monitoring the IT budget, seeking resource optimization and driving innovation and digital culture across the organization, acting as a strategic partner to other departments. Previous experience in similar roles and a university degree in fields such as Computer Engineering or Telecommunications are highly valued. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. * Minimum of 5\-7 years of experience in IT Manager, Systems Manager, or similar positions. * Solid knowledge in: * System and network administration (Windows/Linux, hybrid environments, cloud). * ERP and CRM systems. * Cybersecurity and regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO, etc.). * Databases, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery. * Project and technology vendor management. * Experience managing projects and working with technology providers. * Analytical skills, results orientation, leadership, and strong communication abilities
