Job Summary: We are seeking a visit coordinator and access control officer to ensure efficiency and security within the facilities, maintaining order and supporting daily operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and coordination of visits and access control. 2. Maintenance of order and security in the workplace. 3. Key role in the security and logistics chain. Position located in the Hortaleza area of Madrid, targeted at individuals with an officially recognized disability certificate of 33% or higher. Main responsibilities include managing and coordinating visitors arriving at the facilities, ensuring efficient and secure reception. The role also involves access control—verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting—and maintaining a detailed record of movements. This work is essential for maintaining order and security in the workplace and supports the smooth operation of daily activities. Previous experience in public-facing roles, access management, or administrative tasks related to security is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities—particularly when interacting with visitors and staff—are highly valued. The position demands responsibility and professionalism, as the individual will serve as a critical link in the security and logistics chain. The contract offered is temporary, initially lasting three months with the possibility of extension. Working hours are rotating between morning and afternoon shifts, requiring flexibility and adaptability. It is mandatory to hold an official disability certificate indicating a degree of 33% or higher. Demonstrable experience in similar positions is required, preferably involving visitor management, access control, or administrative tasks related to security.
