Position Summary: We are seeking a generalist technology professional for Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, Windows server and virtualized environment management, and administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure. Management of virtualized environments and Microsoft 365/Azure services We are looking for a professional to join our technology team, with a focus on resolving Level 1 and Level 2 technical incidents to ensure continuous system operation. Main responsibilities include administration and maintenance of Windows servers, as well as management of virtualized environments, ensuring their security and performance. You will also be responsible for configuring and supporting essential Microsoft 365 and Azure services, adapting to infrastructure evolution. You will actively participate in the maintenance and monitoring of networks and communications, from basic to intermediate levels. Administrative management of the department—including supervision of IT hardware and supply procurement—will form part of your duties, ensuring resource availability. A generalist profile with solid knowledge of systems and servers is highly valued. Prior experience in Windows environments, virtualization, and cloud-based collaboration tools is essential. A functional level of technical English is required.
