Role Mission Ensure stability, security, and scalability of the corporate IT ecosystem, leading technological transformation initiatives and providing cross-functional support across the entire organization. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the technology roadmap aligned with business growth. Manage IT infrastructure: systems, networks, cloud environments, and cybersecurity. Administer Microsoft environments (especially Azure and Microsoft 365\) at the corporate level. Oversee identity and access management (Active Directory), ensuring control and traceability. Resolve critical incidents and provide user support in enterprise environments. Design and ensure business continuity plans (backups, recovery, risk management). Coordinate technology vendors, licenses, and service-level agreements. Lead modernization projects: migrations, automation, and system improvements. Establish IT policies, standards, and best practices. Manage the department budget while optimizing resources. Ensure regulatory compliance regarding security and data protection. Analyze IT metrics to improve efficiency and anticipate needs. Identify and implement innovative technology solutions. Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. Solid experience managing systems, networks, and cloud environments within complex organizations. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft ecosystems (Azure, M365\). Experience managing incidents and supporting corporate users. Ability to combine technical execution with strategic vision. Operational English proficiency (professional environment). Problem-solving, versatile, and service-oriented profile. Especially Valued Prior experience in companies undergoing growth or transformation.
