We are looking for a Middleware Systems Administrator with solid experience in managing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise application platforms. The candidate will focus on analyzing and resolving complex incidents in production environments, with particular emphasis on root cause identification and continuous application performance improvement. **Responsibilities:** \+ Administration, configuration, and maintenance of middleware platforms. \+ Deployment and support of applications in production, pre-production, and development environments. \+ Proactive monitoring of systems and applications. \+ Analysis and resolution of complex technical incidents. \+ Root cause analysis (RCA) for functional and technical issues. \+ Optimization of application and server performance. \+ Collaboration with development, architecture, and operations teams. \+ Automation of operational tasks and process improvement. \+ Creation of technical documentation and operational procedures. **Technical Requirements:** \+ 3–5 years of middleware administration experience. \+ Experience with Apache, JBoss, WebLogic, and/or OSB. \+ Knowledge of ELK Stack and/or Dynatrace. \+ Linux/Unix systems and scripting (Bash; Python is a plus). \+ Basic networking knowledge (HTTP/HTTPS, load balancers).
