If you are interested, please apply and we will contact you.**Some of your responsibilities will include:** TEAM LEADERSHIP Supervise and verify task assignments and shift\/vacation scheduling, as well as other operational matters (variable pay, overtime, absences, etc.), keeping the Director informed. Conduct performance evaluations of your team, providing constructive feedback. SERVICE OPERATIONS Manage supplier orders, follow up on undelivered items within reasonable timeframes, and monitor response times. Ensure continuous supply and maintain emergency stock buffers to minimize risks of product shortages. Manage procurement of newly introduced materials, carrying out required procedures with Management to create new items or expand existing ones for use at our center. DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING Collaborate on quality and environmental procedures, verifying service indicators and jointly identifying potential risks with the team. Place external orders with suppliers and manage stock control. Coordinate quarterly inventory counts with other departments operating their own warehouses.
