




Requirements and Competencies Experience and Knowledge: * Prior experience in remote technical service / helpdesk. * Knowledge of network and system configuration. * Familiarity with the dental sector (highly desirable). * Proficiency in dental-sector-specific software. * Sufficient English proficiency for technical support and communication with manufacturers. Personal Competencies: * Strong customer orientation. * Ability to quickly learn new technical concepts. * Proactivity and teamwork skills. Education: * Training in Computer Systems Administration or related field.
