It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. **Job Description** =================== **Responsibilities** * Comply with safety regulations in your workplace. * Perform preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance on production processes. * Meet preventive and corrective maintenance metrics. * Ensure support to internal customers—Production and Quality—to maintain optimal equipment operation. * Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives, machine vision systems, and servo motors. * Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, participate in the commissioning of new equipment. * Ensure knowledge transfer regarding maintainability of new equipment from the project team to yourself. * Collaborate on spare parts coding for new equipment and ensure sufficient spare parts availability prior to commissioning. * Assume responsibility for equipment maintenance after commissioning. * Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, collaborate with your expertise in the Process Improvement team. * Minimize technical incidents related to these equipment. * Collaborate with process and maintenance engineers on equipment improvements. **Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training qualification or equivalent degree. * Additional training: Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC programming. * Languages: Advanced English proficiency preferred. * Minimum 4 years of experience in technical electromechanical maintenance roles.
