Together, we are and build Mapfre. * **Location:** Majadahonda, Madrid * **Contract Type:** Temporary * **Department:** Corporate Media Directorate **What will you do in this position?** ------------------------------------- * Monitor the implementation of the operational model, as well as continuously evaluate operational performance. * Track the operational performance of each country and quality indicators issued within the Operations scope. * Participate in promoting, coordinating, and executing specific initiatives in countries requiring support, as well as in projects and initiatives contributing to medium- and long-term operational transformation. * Support operational transformation projects affecting our core processes. * Support the development of new corporate capabilities and/or assets that can later be reused by the countries where we operate, enabling resource reuse and cost reduction. * Support the industrialization of innovation projects and participate in developing projects aimed at achieving more efficient structures and production models, leveraging levers such as productivity improvement, concentration, outsourcing, offshoring, etc. * Analyze, design, and optimize resources and systems required for process and operational execution. * Support conducting performance diagnostics of a process by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks negatively impacting its performance. * Participate in change management and management of operational risks associated with the execution of core processes. **What profile are we looking for?** --------------------------------- * **Education:** Preferably with a background in Computer Engineering or Digital Transformation. * **Experience and Knowledge:** At least 2 years of experience. + Experience in processes and operations. Experience or knowledge in the insurance sector—underwriting, portfolio management, claims/benefits, or supplier management—is highly valued. + Knowledge of Operational Models for continuous process improvement. + Experience in Process Mining, data model development, creation of performance indicator dashboards, and identification of inefficiencies. + Knowledge of KPIs and measurement systems in the insurance sector (Underwriting, Claims, Suppliers) + Project Management, analysis, activity development, planning, and ROI assessment of projects + Risk Control * **Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office365 applications.
