The mission is to commercialize an innovative and disruptive "Plug & Play" technology designed to replace diesel generators in sectors such as mining, construction, events, defense, and agriculture. This involves introducing and positioning an advanced energy solution that reduces emissions, noise, and operational costs for customers. The primary role involves establishing and maintaining strong commercial relationships, understanding the specific needs of each sector, and effectively presenting our value proposition. A strong commercial instinct, enjoyment of direct customer interaction, and active prospecting are highly valued, with preference given to field-based management. The ability to travel and work autonomously is essential. A temporary contract is offered, with a competitive fixed salary, a performance-based variable compensation system, and a company car. There is an opportunity for professional development within a young company with solid financial backing. The working environment is flexible in Madrid, with options for remote work and a condensed workweek on Fridays. You will join an impactful project, leading a solution that redefines industrial energy standards by eliminating noise, CO2 emissions, and reducing fuel expenses. A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales or rental of diesel generators or heavy industrial machinery is required. A strong commercial and sales orientation is essential, with preference for direct customer and association interaction. An engineering degree is highly desirable. Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) is required, and knowledge of French (B2 level) is an advantage. Availability for travel and self-management capability are expected.
