As Assistant Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment that celebrates change and ideas. You will represent the brand’s image and values while working alongside the Store Manager to effectively manage the team and store operations. Key responsibilities: + Work with the Store Manager to achieve KPIs and implement business opportunities. * Set daily and weekly sales targets for the sales team to improve store performance. * Monitor KPIs and team performance by preparing reports and informing the Store Manager of action plans. * Oversee store costs and operations, including inventory, payroll, and administrative processes. * Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge. * Assume full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence. * Ensure strong Visual Merchandising standards across the entire store.
