WHY WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU Rheinmetall Expal Munitions is currently seeking a new Mechanical Engineer for our Strategic Programs department. Responsibilities: * Mechanical design using SolidWorks. * Material selection (steels, aluminum, plastic materials, etc.) * Test design for mechanical validation of subcomponents (stress, leak-tightness, drop, vibration, etc.) * Preparation of documentation (Technical Justifications, Test Plans and Reports, Technical Notes, etc.) **Location: Vía de Dublín, Madrid.** WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU * Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Industrial Engineering * At least 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer * 3D design using CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred) * English B2 * Driver's license * Knowledge of simulations with ANSYS, metallic and plastic materials, standards (EN, DIN…), and designs involving insulating materials, leak-tight products, and mechanisms is desirable
