Main responsibilities: 1\. Regularly report on maintenance activities of assigned facilities. 2\. Plan and schedule work for staff and supervisors. 3\. Verify proper execution of work order processes. 4\. Prepare reports. 5\. Assist in maintenance tasks at the facility. 6\. Respond to any incidents that may arise and/or report them to the immediate supervisor. 7\. Monitor work logs and working hours. 8\. Ensure compliance with execution deadlines. 9\.
