The role acts as a key liaison between business, operations, and IT, supports WMS implementations and user training at Americold facilities, and 24/7 on\-call support as part of the IT Supply Chain Systems team. **Responsibilities** * Providing support for the WMS software (Boltrics Dynamics WMS) and integration into customers or other systems. * Acting as the WMS key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, and suppliers. * System knowledge, configuration and identification of gaps for the WMS software. * Developing best practice in WMS processes. * Assisting with implementing WMS software at the Americold facilities. This includes training end users in using the software. * Assisting on other Americold applications as required such as TMS. * Participate in Dry Runs and other meetings as necessary. * Collaborate with Operations Support Europe and global IT to ensure WMS support meets Americold’s long\-term needs * Participate in the change management process. * Participates in 24/7 support on call schedule ### **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience supporting and ongoing maintenance for WMS, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central V27 or later. (essential) * Strong knowledge of enterprise IT applications, architectures and supply chain business processes and data flows.
