Our customers, which include some of the most respected brands in the food industry, rely on our expertise and commitment to safety to deliver on their commitments. **WMS Support Analyst** Barcelona 22@, Spain (hybrid 3\+2\) The WMS Support Analyst supports and maintains the Boltrics Dynamics WMS, ensuring effective system configuration, integration, and best\-practice processes. The role acts as a key liaison between business, operations, and IT, supports WMS implementations and user training at Americold facilities, and 24/7 on\-call support as part of the IT Supply Chain Systems team. **Responsibilities** * Providing support for the WMS software (Boltrics Dynamics WMS) and integration into customers or other systems. * Acting as the WMS key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, and suppliers. * System knowledge, configuration and identification of gaps for the WMS software. * Developing best practice in WMS processes. * Assisting with implementing WMS software at the Americold facilities. This includes training end users in using the software. * Assisting on other Americold applications as required such as TMS. * Participate in Dry Runs and other meetings as necessary. * Collaborate with Operations Support Europe and global IT to ensure WMS support meets Americold’s long\-term needs * Participate in the change management process. * Participates in 24/7 support on call schedule ### **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience supporting and ongoing maintenance for WMS, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central V27 or later. (essential) * Strong knowledge of enterprise IT applications, architectures and supply chain business processes and data flows. (essential) * Ability to interface with members of senior management and cross\-functional teams. * Demonstrates a forward\-thinking approach to projects and problem resolution. * Knowledge of warehousing and warehouse industries. * Demonstrated planning, task organizing and execution skills. * Ability to work in a team\-oriented environment. * Ability to work remotely and independently. * Strong customer service orientation * Ability to operate under pressure in a fast\-paced environment. * Demonstrates and can maintain a positive, can\-do attitude in stressful situations, leading by example. * \~25% travel to lead and assist with WMS conversions.
