You won’t be solving routine problems: you’ll assume responsibility for orchestrating L2/L3 support, maintenance, and continuous evolution of a multi-year critical ecosystem spanning global regulatory reporting to complex cross-border settlement platforms. If you seek an environment where your analytical capabilities tangibly impact international financial infrastructure, this is your place. **Your Mission (Your Challenges and Responsibilities)** **Be the Strategic SPOC:** Act as the definitive functional Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for a portfolio of mission-critical applications, leading direct interaction with business users, Product Owners, and international vendor SMEs. * **Lead Root Cause Analysis:** Unravel complex incidents in high-priority environments (P1\-P3\), articulating both interim and permanent solutions under stringent SLAs ensuring continuity of private banking services. * **Model Future Functionality:** Translate the business’s most complex requirements into flawless user stories, comprehensive process flows, functional specifications (FSD), and business requirements documents (BRD) with clear purpose. * **Ensure Production Excellence:** Design and drive functional test cases, coordinate end-to-end UAT phases, define production go/no\-go committees, and elevate project documentation quality. * **Delve into Deep-Dive Analysis:** Query massive databases using SQL (Oracle, MS SQL, MongoDB) to reconcile regulatory/fiscal outputs and serve as the functional reference during key audits. * **Drive Technical Evolution:** Design *shift\-left* strategies, identify candidates for automation, and contribute your analytical perspective to code modernization and platform migration initiatives. ### **Requirements** ### **Your Arsenal (What We’re Looking for in You)** #### **Mandatory:** * **Proven track record** in functional analysis within Banking, Financial Services, or Asset/Wealth/Private Banking. * **Expert-level proficiency in at least two of the following areas:** Regulatory Reporting (FATCA, QI, MiFID II, EMIR, etc.); Tax Reporting; Processing & Settlement (Clearstream, Euroclear); GRC (MetricStream); or Financial Operations. * **Innate technical documentation ability:** Extensive experience authoring BRDs, FSDs, sophisticated use cases, and agile user stories. * **Data proficiency:** Solid hands-on experience executing complex SQL queries against Oracle, MS SQL, and/or MongoDB. * **Methodological DNA:** Strong understanding of ITIL, incident/problem management, and technical support workflows within structured corporate environments. * **ALM tool mastery:** Daily experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence. * **Advanced English (C1\):** Fluent and professional written and verbal communication skills to lead working sessions and negotiations with client executives and global stakeholders. #### **Highly Valued (Desirable):** * Direct experience with leading platforms such as Morningstar, EasyTax, Fitax, Informatica PowerCenter, or DevOps (scripting in Python, PowerShell, or CI/CD environments). * Understanding of Swiss financial market infrastructure (SIX SIS AG, FINMA regulations). * Certifications validating expertise: ITIL v4, IIBA CBAP/CCBA, PMI\-PBA, or Scrum Master. * **You are passionate about learning, sharing ideas, and evolving alongside the team.** ### **How We’ll Measure Your Impact?** Monthly achievement of demanding project efficiency targets and optimal resolution of functional incidents within SLA. * Precise alignment and effective execution of Initium’s strategic continuous improvement, automation, and code modernization plan. ### **Benefits** ### **What We Offer You?
