Leadership in designing and managing the internal HR function. **Description:** ---------------- **An established service-sector company operating nationally with international expansion plans seeks to incorporate an** **HR Manager** **to lead the HR department, drive departmental development, and participate in delivering services to our clients.** The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing the firm’s internal HR function, ensuring appropriate people management, labor compliance, internal process improvement, and executive support. Additionally, they will lead HR management and labor-related service projects for clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and implement internal people management policies. * Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, orientation, follow-up, development, and offboarding. * Coordinate internal recruitment processes, onboarding, and performance evaluations. * Manage workplace climate, internal communication, and support team leaders. * Monitor and track vacations, absences, incidents, working hours, and telework. * Provide labor-related support: employment contracts, leave requests, disciplinary procedures, regulatory application, and resolution of internal queries. * Coordinate with the labor/payroll department to ensure accurate administrative management. * Develop procedures, internal protocols, organizational charts, job descriptions, and HR KPI reporting. * Promote equality measures, work-life balance, harassment prevention, and labor regulatory compliance. * Advise and support clients in HR projects. * Design HR solutions tailored to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). * Lead the working hours registration platform and digital HR tools. * Develop and implement the Equality Plan, related protocols, and associated documentation. **The company offers:** * Opportunity to join a stable and growing firm. * A strategic position with direct impact on the organization. * Participation in internal and external consulting projects. * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule Monday to Friday, with reference hours from 08:00 to 16:00\. * Two telework days per week. 100% telework possible depending on residence location. * Competitive remuneration aligned with experience, between €30,000–€40,000 Gross/Year. * Immediate availability for onboarding. **Required Qualifications:** * University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in generalist HR roles. * Solid knowledge of labor law and applicable regulations. * Experience in recruitment, labor relations, internal people management, and HR procedure development. * Ability to work autonomously, with technical judgment and practical orientation. * Strong communication skills, ability to interact with senior management, and capacity to manage diverse stakeholders. * Organized, solution-oriented, discreet profile with internal and external service mindset. * Desirable: Team management experience. * Desirable: English language proficiency.
