️ Join our Simulation team!
We are seeking a Hardware Lead for Simulators to work in Coslada under a hybrid model, participating in the development of advanced simulators for Defense and Aeronautics projects.
You will be a key player in defining hardware architectures, technical coordination, and monitoring developments within high-complexity technology projects.
What will you do?
* Define high-level hardware architectures for simulation systems.
* Coordinate the design, development, and integration of hardware solutions within simulation projects.
* Monitor technical aspects of design, manufacturing, and production.
* Coordinate technical teams and collaborate closely with Project Managers and program leads.
* Participate in the selection and definition of electronic equipment, power supply systems, and interconnection components.
* Ensure proper hardware integration within complex simulation systems.
* Participate in technical reviews, validations, and incident resolution.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including hardware, software, systems, and integration.
* Undertake national and international travel as required by the project.
What are we looking for in you?
**✅ Education:**
Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Aeronautics, or related field.
**✅ Minimum Experience:**
2–5 years of experience in hardware design, electronic system integration, or technical management of hardware development.
**✅ Technical Knowledge:**
* Electronic design and communication interfaces.
* Power supplies, power electronics, and electronic packaging.
* Hardware architectures and complex electronic systems.
* System integration.
* Programming knowledge in C/C\+\+ (desirable).
* Electrical design tools (desirable: Capital Logic & Harness by Siemens).
**✅ Functional Knowledge (Desirable):**
* Aeronautical or simulation systems.
* Communication buses such as CAN, RS\-485, or ARINC429\.
* Industrial networks and communications.
* Defense or aeronautics environments.
**✅ Key Competencies:**
* Technical coordination ability.
* Holistic understanding of complex systems.
* Activity planning and monitoring.
* Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with clients.
* Results orientation and problem-solving capability.
**✅ Languages:**
* High-level English is mandatory.
