Fleet Coordinator - Temporary

**Contract Type:** Temporary Reporting to the Wind\&PV Operations Director, the Wind Asset Management Manager is responsible for the technical/administrative management of the asset portfolio, excluding Operation and Maintenance activities. The incumbent shall implement, comply with, and enforce the company’s management system across the entire portfolio, ensuring assets are managed in accordance with the company’s corporate expectations, applicable legislation, environmental obligations, and industry best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Manage agreements and relationships with landowners. 2\. Administrative management of projects with public administrations. 3\. Management of jointly owned companies and/or shared infrastructure with other developers. 4\. Lead cross-cutting or innovation projects affecting all Wind or Wind\&PV assets. 5\. Tendering for services and cross-cutting procurement. 6\. Lead any claims/litigation exceeding the responsibilities of the Regional Manager, in coordination with the department’s Management. 7\. Manage all information and reporting from the Wind\&PV Operations department regarding ESG matters. 8\. Insurance management: Support in tendering and contracting; coordination with brokers; management and tracking of claims; internal communication of ongoing claims. 9\. Management of departmental procedures. 10\. Renewable asset sale processes in Repowering projects; management of wind turbine sales contracts, invoicing, and coordination with Construction.
