At **Oxigent Technologies**, we are seeking an **AI Agents Architect** to join our Architecture, Intelligence & Technology (AI&T) team for an ambitious corporate agent development project in **Madrid.**
If selected, your mission will be to **design and implement the company's AI agent capabilities**, combining low-code environments, automation, data governance, and responsible AI practices in a secure and scalable manner.
What will be your main responsibilities?
* **Manage governance, monitoring, and the lifecycle of AI agents** across the organization.
* **Design and configure AI agents**, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and security policies.
* **Build workflows using Copilot Studio and Power Automate** (integrations, approvals, and process automation).
* **Define reusable patterns, templates, and best practices** (environment strategies, connectors, cost control).
* **Collaborate with business teams** to understand use cases, assess feasibility, and translate them into robust technical solutions.
* **Design integrations between agents and corporate systems** via REST APIs, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.
* Advise on AI capabilities such as Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), fine-tuning, and model selection.
To succeed in this role, what do you need?
* **More than 5 years of experience** in Solution Architecture, enterprise platforms, or Microsoft Cloud technologies.
* At least **1 year of hands-on experience** with **Microsoft Power Platform**, especially Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
* Solid knowledge of **AI agent architecture**, automation patterns, and LLM/RAG solutions.
* Experience with **Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI**, and related Microsoft AI services.
* Knowledge of **Power Platform governance** (environments, DLP policies, ALM), security, identity (access management), and responsible AI.
* Languages: **Full fluency in English and Spanish (C1/C2)**, with ability to work in multicultural environments.
* Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, excellent communication skills with stakeholders, collaborative mindset, and business-value orientation.
