Nortempo Italia, a company specialized in personnel search and selection, is looking for a Store Manager on behalf of POPEYES ITALIA, a rapidly growing entity in the Italian market. We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on professional capable of leading the store, coordinating the team, and ensuring high standards of quality, service, and organization every day. Your responsibilities will include: * Full management of the store and its operational activities * Coordination and development of the workforce * Shift scheduling and daily activity planning * Monitoring of labor and raw material costs * Ensuring compliance with company procedures and food safety standards * Supporting recruitment activities * Analyzing key restaurant KPIs and preparing operational reports * Overseeing both kitchen and back-office operations Requirements: * Prior experience as a Store Manager or store supervisor, minimum 1 year * Background in organized foodservice or structured chain environments * Familiarity with high-volume environments and standardized processes * Good knowledge of Excel and key performance indicators * Knowledge of HACCP regulations and food safety procedures * Excellent organizational skills, leadership abilities, and results orientation * Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays What we offer: * Permanent employment contract * Annual gross salary between €27.000 and €30.000, to be determined based on profile and prior experience * Performance-based bonus and incentive scheme * Initial two-week training period (accommodation covered by the company during the training period) * Concrete opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding company * Dynamic, meritocratic environment focused on people development * Full-time — 40 hours per week * Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday (with two days off) * Working hours distributed across the entire day according to the store’s operational needs If you have team management experience and wish to join an internationally expanding foodservice company, send us your application!
