REQUIREMENTS * Experience leading dining and kitchen teams (10–20 people) in full-service restaurants (NOT fast food). * Clear operational vision (scheduling, ordering, sales, KPIs)—without losing human warmth. * A passion for detail—because small things make the difference. * Leadership by example: you don’t command—you inspire. * Genuine empathy, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and natural joy when working with people. * Ability to make decisions without losing your smile. * Full availability Monday–Sunday, including rotating, consecutive, and split shifts.
