**Reports to:** * Country Manager **Responsibilities and Functions** * Develop and manage strategic relationships with Group stakeholders, i.e., new and existing insurance intermediaries, affinity groups, and relevant entities and institutions in Galicia, Castilla y León, Asturias, Cantabria, and the Basque Country * Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance intermediaries in the territory and as liaison for underwriting and claims management services * Provide insurance intermediaries with detailed information on terms, conditions, support, and training * Prepare statistics to report on the performance of the managed Area * Travel extensively to meet with and visit Group stakeholders, attend events and trade fairs * Act as liaison and facilitator between Group stakeholders and colleagues, promoting timely and professional service **Knowledge and Experience** * Over 5 years of experience and knowledge in liability insurance products and markets (Professional Liability, Health Insurance, D&O, etc.) * Over 5 years of experience managing broker portfolios in the designated area * Bachelor’s degree in Law or Economics * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) * Knowledge of: Broker distribution channel environment; Regulatory framework of the DGSFP governing insurance brokers **Languages** * Spanish (Native) * English (Practical knowledge, B2) * Italian would be an advantage **Desirable Skills** * Ambition, initiative, high dynamism, analytical ability, and resilience * Strong presentation and negotiation skills * Commitment to a high level of service * Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Benefits: * Company car * Training for professional certifications * Life insurance * Private medical insurance * Company phone Application Questions: * How many years of experience do you have in liability insurance products and markets (Professional Liability, Health Insurance, D&O, etc.)? * How many years of experience do you have managing broker portfolios in the designated area? * What is your level of experience with the DGSFP regulatory framework governing insurance brokers? * What is your level of experience with the broker distribution channel environment?
