Due to business expansion, GOFO is seeking to hire a **Warehouse Operator** for its warehouse in the **Community of Madrid**. **Position Title:** Warehouse Operator (Full-time) **Work Location:** Madrid, Spain **Job Responsibilities:** • Input and maintain up-to-date warehouse data; verify inventory quantities and storage locations; scan and register incoming and outgoing product labels, entering information into the system; record daily operational data, such as barcodes, inventory units, batch numbers, etc. • Verify and manage orders, shipping invoices, and receiving documents to ensure data accuracy; prepare necessary transportation documentation for shipments, and scan and archive corresponding documents. • Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream operational teams to ensure smooth inter-departmental communication; coordinate, supervise, or execute warehousing tasks to ensure proper supply chain operation; optimize warehouse space allocation and logistics processes to improve efficiency. • Assume responsibility for handling, moving, and reorganizing goods within the warehouse; promptly identify and resolve risks and potential safety incidents in logistics operations. **Job Requirements:** • Legal authorization to work and reside in Spain. • Minimum 1 year of experience in related positions or sectors. • Proficient use of office tools, especially Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or other inventory management software is preferred. • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with ability to work independently. Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and capacity to work efficiently under pressure. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as awareness of warehouse safety. • Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin Chinese.
