Description
**Job Responsibilities/Functions:**
Ensure proper contract activation and contractual management within the procurement area, guaranteeing compliance with the company's established administrative and operational procedures to support the achievement of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contract activation and registration according to the Procurement Section’s work procedures.
* Record and maintain up-to-date information and communication with suppliers for assigned contracts: payment milestones, activity tracking, interdisciplinary communication, etc.
* Coordinate with suppliers and other internal departments to ensure availability of contracted goods or services.
* Verify contractual documentation and ensure its correct formalization.
* Conduct weekly progress tracking of suppliers and proactively and preventively identify potential issues.
* Update new contractual agreements associated with the initially assigned contract.
* Manage maintenance of documentation, tools, and files related to each assigned contract.
* Prepare reports and analyses on contracts within activation activities to consolidate the supplier contractual strategy.
* Ensure compliance with internal procurement and contracting regulations and policies.
**Required/Minimum Academic Qualification:**
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – Engineering, Logistics, or Administrative Contract Management
**Required Profile:**
* Efficient administrative management
* Analytical and problem-solving ability
* Organization and planning skills
* Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
* Pro\-activity and results orientation.
**Required Experience:**
4\-5 years in similar roles
**Tool(s):**
MS Office, Excel, Oracle, and other related tools.
**Languages:**
English, minimum level B1\.
**Work Location:**
Central Madrid, Quevedo Metro Station.
**Type of Position:**
Permanent position (indefinite-term contract) directly on EAG (Empresarios Agrupados GHESA) payroll.
