If you need any accommodation during the application or hiring process, please contact us at* *recruiting@exolum.com* **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Collaborate with the site manager in organizing, planning, and executing daily operations, as well as developing safety, prevention, environmental, quantity, and product quality programs. * Plan product movement operations following established procedures and processes. * Participate in analyzing industrial and workplace incidents and accidents, as well as customer complaints and claims, preparing relevant reports. * Supervise the quantity and quality of stored, transported, and loaded products. * Assist in managing the site team to enhance their skills, training, and functional versatility across the entire group. * Monitor works and services carried out at the facility by preparing and validating required work permits according to regulations. * Perform connection and disconnection operations during product receipt/shipping * Carry out loading/unloading and receipt/shipping operations You are our ideal candidate if you hold a university degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Chemical Technical Engineering, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and meet the following requirements: * Languages: Spanish and English – high proficiency (C1 level, an English test will be conducted) * Geographic mobility * Valid driver's license * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams. * Proactive, organized, and methodical person with the ability to lead and manage projects related to these technologies. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation, both internal and external. **We Offer:** * Location: Torrejón de Ardoz * Contract type: Temporary * Hours: 40 hours/week (5 days) * Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Opportunity to join a solid multinational group that values its employees. * Extensive social benefits.
