Effective decision-making under pressure in demanding environments We are looking for a professional to manage and optimize day-to-day logistics operations in Madrid. The primary responsibility will be to ensure a consistent and secure product flow, following supply guidelines and aligned with integrated demand planning. Practical idea contributions, the ability to anticipate situations, and technical problem-solving skills are highly valued. This role involves active participation in continuous improvement of logistics performance and cost reduction. Prior experience in logistics operations management, supply chain execution, terminals, transportation, or operational planning is essential—ideally within the Oil \& Gas or energy sectors. A university degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is required, along with in-depth knowledge of complex logistics networks, including terminals, pipelines, storage, and various transportation modes. Experience in inventory control, daily planning, and coordination of import/export operations is also desirable. It is essential to demonstrate proven ability to thrive in high-intensity work environments and make effective decisions under pressure. Proficiency in Excel—including pivot tables, formulas, and report generation—is mandatory. SAP knowledge is a plus. More than 5 years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain execution, terminals, transportation, or operational planning. University degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar disciplines. Solid understanding of complex logistics networks (terminals, pipelines, storage, maritime and land transportation). Experience in inventory management, daily operational planning, and coordination of imports/exports. Ability to operate effectively in demanding operational environments and make decisions under pressure. Education: Technical Engineer. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reports). ERP SAP knowledge desirable.
