**Do you want to lead logistics operations in a growing and transforming environment?** We are looking for talent focused on continuous improvement and with a team-oriented spirit, for our client, a multinational retail company. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's **university** degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Physics or related fields. * 10 years of solid experience in logistics operations, managing **logistics platforms or centers**, controlling the **profit and loss account**, and leading **projects** focused on optimization and efficiency. * Fluent English B2/C1 **Main responsibilities:** * Lead the daily operations of **logistics platforms**, ensuring proper inventory management, flow control, and service levels. * Supervise relationships with logistics operators and carriers, ensuring efficiency and achievement of targets. * Monitor productivity, quality, and cost **indicators**, participating in the analysis of the profit and loss account. * Drive **continuous improvement and process optimization projects** in logistics. * Manage incidents and claims with suppliers and warehouses. * Collaborate with other departments (procurement, financial control, transportation) to ensure consistency in **operational flows**. * Document procedures and contribute to the training and development of the logistics team.
