Ensure compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention. ### **Description** DOPP Executive Search is seeking a Logistics Technician to join an industrial-sector company headquartered in Madrid. Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, the main mission will be to ensure proper operational warehouse management, guaranteeing control, organization, and traceability of materials and tools, thereby contributing to the efficiency and smooth daily functioning of logistics operations. Main Responsibilities: * Warehouse operational management: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials are organized and controlled, and that inbound and outbound processes are executed error-free. * Inbound and outbound control: Verify receipt and dispatch of materials, checking quantities, condition, and associated documentation. * Transportation coordination: Serve as the liaison with external logistics operators, scheduling pickups and deliveries, and resolving potential incidents. * Organization and safety: Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper warehouse organization, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention standards. * Order preparation: Prepare customer orders, ensuring accuracy in material selection, packaging, and documentation. * Tool marking: Perform engraving and marking of tools according to established specifications. What Are We Looking For? * Higher Vocational Training qualification or university degree. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within logistics environments in the industrial sector. * Experience with ERP systems for warehouse management. * Analytical thinking, technical rigor, autonomy, proactivity, capacity for learning, and commitment to continuous improvement will be valued.
