You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the execution of the assigned project. Your mission will be to ensure that all company procedures are followed, adhering to the schedule to complete the project within deadlines and budget, always ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. **What will be your main functions and responsibilities?** * Supervise on-site work execution and quality. * Ensure compliance with budget and project planning. * Carry out monthly site closure for cost control. * Certifications, production, and forecast of monthly certification. * Manage purchases and invoice approvals. * Attend meetings with Technical Management and Client representatives. * Coordinate final settlement and price reviews upon project completion. * You will report to the Group Manager and Delegate. * Comply with the Health and Safety Plan, as well as quality and environmental plans. REQUIREMENTS **What requirements are needed for the position?** * **Education:** Technical or Senior Architect, Civil Engineer. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as a Site Manager or 4 years as Assistant Site Manager in Residential Construction. * **Technical Skills:** Advanced knowledge of Office Suite, Presto and AUTOCAD.
