You have significant experience (3–5 years or more) in logistics coordination and process improvement, as well as warehouse management and stock control; experience in industrial, railway or high-traceability environments is valued. You demonstrate collaborative leadership and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Languages are really important! You must be able to write and speak English naturally (B2 level). **Responsibilities and Opportunities** As **Integrated Logistics Area Manager** within our **TS Procurement & Supply Chain** team, you will lead and coordinate CAF Signalling’s logistics operations, ensuring efficient, standardized processes aligned with business objectives, working cross-functionally with key organizational areas, and carrying out the following core responsibilities: * Coordinate operational activities among Logistics, Warehouse and Processes to ensure goal achievement. * Consolidate and analyse KPIs (inventory, material flows, service levels, transportation, preparation times) and propose improvements. * Drive standardisation and continuous improvement, documenting and supporting the implementation of new operational standards. * Act as a cross-functional interface with Procurement, Operations, Production and logistics suppliers to ensure material availability. * Ensure the quality and integration of logistics information in the ERP system and end-to-end traceability. * Support materials planning for projects by identifying risks and mitigation measures. * Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency and reliability of the logistics area. **What’s the process like?** We’ll start with a phone call to get to know you and explain the role and the company.
