




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for the Captive Operations team, responsible for managing and coordinating international insurance programs, interacting with clients, and monitoring financial flows. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the management and coordination of international insurance programs. 2. Interact with clients, brokers, and captive insurers in dynamic environments. 3. Collaborate with various departments and MAPFRE companies globally. At **MAPFRE Global Risks**, we provide insurance solutions to large corporations, leveraging extensive experience in leading international programs through a service network operating in over 100 countries. Currently, we are looking for a candidate to join the **Operations\-Captive** team. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Manage and coordinate full international insurance programs. * Monitor program development across all countries in collaboration with local MAPFRE companies and other partners. * Maintain ongoing interaction with clients/brokers/captive insurers. * Monitor and support internal management of balances and financial flows between the client and its captive insurer, as well as among various MAPFRE entities or external reinsurers involved. * Control documentation flow related to contractual captive operations. * Handle, coordinate, and monitor operational workflow. * Define and propose Service Protocols tailored to client needs; establish SLAs/KPIs or tracking indicators agreed upon with the client/broker/captive insurer. * Implement action/improvement plans required by the client. * Interact with Business Units, Legal Advisory, MAPFRE companies worldwide, Sales & Marketing, Claims, and Administration. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. * Prior experience in international insurance programs. * Knowledge of insurance/reinsurance structures. * Advanced English proficiency. * Advanced office software skills. **Competencies** ---------------- * Client orientation. * Service quality. * Teamwork. * Planning and organizational orientation. * Commitment. * Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments. * Analytical thinking.
