Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to review, verify, and ensure the quality of kitchen renovation projects, manage communication of modifications, and uphold established standards. Effective communication of modifications to stores and customers **Description:** ---------------- We are Servinform! A solid company comprising over 6,000 professionals serving more than 1,500 clients. We specialize in managing 360-degree projects across Call Center, Back Office, Telecommunications, Marketing, Document Management, and BPO services — all in rapid growth. Currently, we are carrying out operations for a major multinational retail company specializing in DIY, construction, and home decoration. Our mission is to review and record kitchen renovation projects contracted by that company’s customers. * The MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES will be as follows: * Thorough review of kitchen projects once already contracted by the customer (project tracking and condition verification) * Verification that all references in the budget correctly match the designed project * Identification and addition of missing elements in the project if required (materials, etc.) * Communication to the corresponding store of any modifications required in the project, as conveyed by the customer * Ensuring the final project complies with all quality standards and technical specifications. * WE OFFER: * Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, either from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Salary: €18,000 gross/year (€1,500 gross/month) * Job location: Avd.
