




Job Summary: We are seeking a CRO Manager with an analytical mindset to drive business growth through continuous optimization of the e-commerce funnel and experimentation. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth and impact within a values-driven project. **About the Role** We are looking for a highly analytical and funnel-obsessed **CRO Manager**, who will drive business growth by continuously improving conversion rates. This role is part of the Growth team and will report directly to the **Head of Growth**, who defines the overall strategy. The CRO Manager will be responsible for translating that strategy into a robust roadmap of funnel experimentation and optimization. **Responsibilities:** * Design the CRO strategy aligned with the Head of Growth. * **Identify improvement opportunities across the entire e-commerce funnel:** * + Home + PLPs / Categories + PDPs + Cart & Checkout * Define, prioritize, and manage an **experimentation roadmap (A/B testing)**. * Formulate clear, data-driven improvement hypotheses (UX, copy, pricing, bundles, trust signals, etc.). * Analyze test results and funnel performance metrics: * + CVR + AOV + Revenue per visitor + Funnel drop-off rates * Translate insights into actionable learnings to scale across all markets. * Collaborate very closely with: * + Ads / Performance Marketing team (message alignment, landing pages, and traffic) + Email Marketing & Retention lead (lifecycle coherence and LTV) * Be the **owner of funnel learning**, ensuring every test generates clear, business-relevant insights. **You’ll collaborate with:** * **Ecommerce Manager**: responsible for operational execution on Shopify (test implementation, store changes, product and merchandising updates).
