Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager specializing in rehabilitation and renovations to oversee construction projects, including supplier procurement and cost control. Rigorous cost and quality control We are seeking a Site Manager with experience in building rehabilitation and renovations. Key responsibilities will include supporting the full management and execution of various construction projects. Tasks include supplier procurement and management, purchase order processing, issuance of work certifications, comprehensive quality monitoring, rigorous cost control, and financial closure of each project. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, with working hours from 8:00 to 18:00. The gross monthly salary is €2.583,33, paid in 12 installments. Candidates must hold a degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering, possess a valid driver's license, and be proficient in Presto, AutoCAD, and Office.
