Currently, we are looking to hire a **Senior Site Manager** to lead the execution of the **New High-Speed Rail Station** in Madrid — a unique railway project comprising two track platforms and two technical buildings. If you possess solid experience in civil and railway construction, proven leadership skills, and a strong results-oriented mindset, this project is ideal for you. **Responsibilities:** * **Lead** comprehensive site management, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, quality, and safety. * Plan and coordinate work execution from inception through commissioning. * Manage and coordinate production, technical, and subcontractor teams. * Control the site budget, certifications, measurements, and monthly closings. * Supervise work planning and progress, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions. * Manage direct relations with the Technical Supervision Authority, the client, and other involved parties. * Coordinate procurement, contracting, and monitoring of key suppliers and subcontractors. * Ensure strict compliance with **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)**, quality, and environmental standards. * Periodically report project progress to Production Management. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent. **Experience:** * Solid experience as a **Site Manager** on high-value projects. * Experience in railway projects, stations, platforms, structures, or unique projects is highly valued. * Demonstrated capability to manage projects valued at **> €30 M**. **Technical Knowledge:** * Economic management and construction planning. * Planning and control tools (Advanced Excel, Microsoft Project, Presto, SAP, or similar). **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and decision-making. * Strong organizational and planning abilities. * Results orientation and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. **What We Offer:** * **Job stability** within a pleasant and enduring work environment. * **Continuous training**, with tailored development programs aligned with your role. * **Flexible compensation**: Transport, meal vouchers, private health insurance, childcare support, and training. * **Join Aldesa and grow with us!** At **Aldesa**, you will not only find a job, but a place where you can develop and thrive.
